  • Nutcracker Parent Meeting for levels Primary and up: August 8, 2026 - 10:00-11:15 am
  • Nutcracker Auditions Ballet Grades 8 & up: August 8, 2026 - 11:30 am-1:00 pm
  • Classes Start: August 10, 2026
  • Nutcracker Rehearsals Begin: August 15, 2026. Levels Primary to Advanced can participate in the Nutcracker. An email has been sent with the information.
September
  • Labor Day weekend: No Classes (September 5 to 7, 2026)
  • Fall Break: No Classes (September 21st to 27th, 2026)
October
  • Spook-a-Thon: No Classes (October 16th, 2026 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm)
  • Nutcracker Photoshoot: October 17th, 2026
November
  • Thanksgiving: No Classes (November 23rd to 29th, 2026)
December
  • Spring Show Auditions: December 5th, 2026
  • Last Day of Class: Saturday, December 19th, 2026
  • Winter Holidays: December 21st, 2026 - January 3rd, 2027
  • The Nutcracker: Clara’s Winter Dream — Tech/Dress Rehearsal: December 19th, 2026. A specific schedule will be sent out. Similar to last year's rehearsal schedule.
  • The Nutcracker: Clara’s Winter Dream — Performances: December 19-20th, 2026
January
  • Classes Start: Monday, January 4, 2027
  • Spring Show Rehearsals start: January 9th, 2027
  • Martin Luther King Day: No Class (January 16-18th, 2027)
February
  • Winter Break: No Class (February 15 to 21st, 2027)
March & April
  • RAD Exams: Specific dates TBA (Some years exams may be scheduled in April.)
  • Spring Show Performance: March 13-14th, 2027 at the Emory Performing Arts Center. (This is not the annual recital.) Invited students only. Grades Primary through Advanced.
  • Spring Break: No Classes (April 3rd to 11th, 2027)
May
  • Classes end: Saturday, May 22nd, 2027
  • Annual Recital Performance: TBA, between May 22nd and June 5th, 2027 (dependent on theater availability). The Recital is for all students who take classes at Dance Foundry.
June
  • Creative Movement Camps: weeks of June 7th and June 28th, 2027
  • Summer Intensives: weeks of June 14th and June 21st, 2027
July
  • Creative Movement Camps: week of July 5th, 2027
  • Nutcracker in July: week of July 12th, 2027
