Performance Opportunities

Performances are necessary for dancers to grow in their field. No dancer is complete without it. All students from Creative Movement and up are encouraged to participate in the annual June Recital. For our older dancers, becoming a part of our Performance Company and having the opportunity to work with guest choreographers will enhance their dance abilities, encouraging confidence, performance quality, and technical strength.

Dance Foundry Performing Company (DFPC) is an integral part of our student's education, offering our students performance opportunities in house and in the community. Our student dance company, co directed by Kelly Oakes Dent and Jennilee Garcia, creates an encouraging atmosphere for teamwork, creativity and professionalism.

DFPC is divided into Senior, Junior, and Modern/Jazz divisions as well as Young Dancers. Admittance for our divisions are by audition based on technical ability, history of the student's commitment level, and effort in class.
